Baltimore City Community College offers a variety of courses. As the only state-sponsored community college in the state, it serves the entire city. In addition,it is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. WBJC-91.5 FM is the classical radio voice of Baltimore City Community College.

The Challenge

They did not have an in-house art department. For the college, outside contractors provided marketing resources. The inconsistent messages and visuals in their marketing materials resulted from so many hands at work.

The Outcome

While budget constraints and limitations existed, we managed to develop a decent Brand Identity for the institution. Their marketing department has improved significantly. As a result of the new management, our marketing foundation has been strengthened to some extent. New management has been presented with our recommendations for improving marketing efforts. College interiors are animated with way-finding signage and murals depicting college students in larger-than-life sizes. A noticeable improvement has been made in the stationery of the college president's office, as well as the outdoor campaigns to increase registration.
